By installing, accessing, or using the Zephyr add-in for Microsoft Outlook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the add-in. These terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Enterprise tier subscribers.
Zephyr is an AI-powered email assistant that operates as a Microsoft Outlook Web Add-in. The service provides AI-driven email actions (draft reply, summarize, translate, extract tasks, tone check, grammar check), automated email workflows with AI quality validation, inbox triage, meeting preparation, email tracking, follow-up reminders, email templates, SMS workflow notifications, and a chat assistant with slash commands. Zephyr integrates with third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI), Microsoft Graph API, and third-party services (Jira, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Trello, Linear, Asana, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, and named webhook endpoints for tools like Zapier and Make) to deliver its features.
You must sign in with a valid Microsoft 365 account to use Zephyr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access Zephyr through your Microsoft identity. Organization administrators may manage access and enforce AI policies for users within their domain.
Zephyr, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Zephyr App Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-in in accordance with these terms. AI-generated content (drafts, summaries, translations) produced by the service is provided for your use, but the underlying AI models and service infrastructure remain our property. You retain ownership of your email content, which is never stored by Zephyr.
Zephyr offers a free tier with limited daily AI calls and active workflows. The Pro tier is available at $6.99 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Enterprise pricing varies by plan (Team, Business, Organization). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Settings; your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Zephyr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated email content before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs. The service depends on third-party providers (Microsoft Graph, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Stripe) and their availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zephyr App Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zephyr at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the add-in. Upon termination, you may delete all your data using the "Delete my data" button in the add-in's About section. Organization administrators may also remove access for users within their domain.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the add-in or via email.
