Follow-up Reminders
What Are Follow-up Reminders?
Follow-up reminders let you track whether someone replied to an email. Set a reminder like 'remind me if John doesn't reply in 3 days' and Zephyr will check automatically. If no reply is found by the deadline, you get a notification in your activity feed.
Set a Reminder
Use the /remind slash command or say something like 'remind me if sarah@example.com doesn't reply in 5 days' in chat. Zephyr extracts the recipient, timeframe, and email subject, then creates the reminder. You can have up to 10 active reminders at a time.
How Reminders Work
Zephyr checks your pending reminders every minute. When a reminder is due, it uses the Microsoft Graph API to check if the recipient has replied to the conversation. If a reply is found, the reminder is marked as resolved. If no reply is found, a notification appears in your Recent Activity feed.
Manage Reminders
View or cancel your reminders via the API. Cancelled reminders are kept for your records but won't trigger notifications. Reminders are stored on your user settings record alongside your other preferences.
